| 摘 要： | 经济分析方法作为一种全新的研究工具,在我国刑事诉讼法学研究中已有所体现,然而国内学人的探索往往表现为在具体诉讼程序、制度或规则研究中对经济模型的生搬硬套。本文从刑事诉讼法学研究中经济分析方法的探索,揭示了经济分析方法在刑事诉讼法学研究中可能面临的各种障碍,并提出了经济分析方法在刑事诉讼法研究中的实现路。

So the aim of this paper is to introduce a few profound theories, reveal all kinds of potential problems, and find the solution. |
