| 摘 要： | ８０年代以来，发达国家在信息通讯技术的推动下，其产业结构正由工业经济向知识经济转换。知识资本的大量投入是决定这些国家经济增长和结构变化的关键因素。持续的技术创新不仅开创了新的产业门类，而且推动了成熟产业的改造和再生，还导致了国家产业政策管制的放松。

| Abstract: | Since the 1980's, with the development of information and communication technol- ogy, the industrial structure in developed countries is shifting from industry-based to based-knowl- edge economy. The extensive input of knowledge capital is the key factor that has decided their eco- nomic growth and structural change. Sustained technological innovation has not merely created new categories of industry; it has also led to the renovation and rebirth of mature industries as well as a relaxation of the state control over industrial policies. |
