| 摘 要： | 拉林阿勒楚喀京旗文化是独具特色和优势的文化,对其进行保护、开发具有重要的意义。应该在解放思想、转变观念、全面调查、科学规划、充分调动各方面积极因素、充分利用各种人才资源的基础上,整体保护和合理开发,文化聚落建设发展成为基地群落,使拉林阿勒楚喀京旗文化在新世纪大放异彩。

| Abstract: | The Lalinalechukejing Banner is the unique and superior culture. It has the important significance to protect and develop it. We should make full protection and reasonable development on the base of emancipating the mind, changing the senses, overall investigating, scientific planning, bringing every positive factor into play and making full use of all kinds of talent resource we can develop the cultural community to the basic one, and make the Lalinalechukejing Banner culture blossom in radiant splendour in new century. |
