中国特色执政党监督的实现机制

为了有效约束执政党的权力，加强对中国共产党各级组织及其党员干部的监督，我们在长期的实践中构筑了符合中国特色的执政党监督体系。我国的执政党监督是在依托新型政党制度，加强中国共产党和各民主党派之间的相互监督、主要是民主党派监督共产党的根本前提下，与权力监督、法律监督，群众监督，舆论监督紧密结合在一起的监督体系；人民政协是执政党监督的重要场所，中国共产党有独立而完善的党内监督机制，各级人大及其常委会也履行执政党监督职能，司法机关按照法制国家要求实施政党监督作用。此外，还有各级党政机关中上级对下级的监督、舆论监督以及群众来信来访的监督，等等。

Realization System of the Ruling Party's Supervision with China's characteristics

The Chinese Communist Party has constructed the system of the ruling party's supervision with Chinas Characteristics to restrict the ruling pavtys power and streng then the supervision towards all the organizations amd members of the Chinese Communist Party. The supervision is a system with dependence on new system of the political party and with emphasis on the mutual supervision between the Chinese Communist Party and every democratic Party Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conferncue is the important place of the ruling party's supervison. The Chinese Communist Party has independent and perfect internal supervision system. Besides, there is the subordinates supervision towards the superior,Public supervision etc.
