On Cultural Empathy From the Point View of the Different Cultural Images Aroused By English and Chinese Nouns

The variety of human cultures is the premise and base of study of intercultural communication. As to the intercultural communicative activities,cultural empathy can be taken as a significant medium to bridge between different modes of language,culture and communication.The paper is intended to concentrate on some similar and different cultural images related to some animals in American and Chinese cultures,giving further discussion of the use of cultural empathy in intercultural communication.
