To Adapt to Teachers Education Need and Increase Running- School Level

This article has analysed the developing location and subject construction of Jilin Normal University and explored a series of theory and practice problems about the developing tendency and prospect of teachers eduation and high teachers schools. To increase running school level is the need of adapting to teachers' urgent need. To consturct subject is the essence of increasing running-school level. And to adjust the subject structure is the main method of subject construction.
