新增心理学专业本科人才培养模式与课程体系的思考——以延边大学新增心理学专业为例

新增心理学专业发展的当务之急是凝练专业发展方向,这对于人才培养模式与课程体系的优化有着重要意义。以延边大学新增心理学专业为例,确立了心理健康教育和教育心理两个专业方向,面向学校、企业和社区,以培养有坚实的心理学理论基础的学校心理健康教育、人力资源管理、社区心理学等方面的复合型人才为目标,形成具有开放性和灵活性的有利于学生自主选择、自主发展的人才培养模式,并探讨和建构了通识教育、专业教育和应用技能教育相结合的课程体系。

On the Educational Patterns and Curriculum Structures of the Newly-offered Psychology Department for Undergraduates in China——Take the Psychology Department of Yanbian University as an example

Further advances of the newly offered psychology department in China's universities need clear orientations,which is significant to optimize the educational patterns and curriculum structures.Take Yanbian University as an example,two specialties have been established,including psychological health education and educational psychology.These two specialties aim at training compound talents with good command of psychology theories,experience of psychosomatics and capable of human resources management for schools,enterprises and communities.Thus the educational patterns will offer students optional subjects and independent study with tutors' guidance.And general education,specialty learning and skills application will constitute the curriculum structures.
