外包分层与风险防范

本文根据外包业务的性质、在企业产品链中的地位、企业与外包供应商之间的合作程度将外包业务划分为交易型、战术型、战略型三个层级，在此基础上分析了各层级外包不同的业务目的、产品特点，并进一步探讨了不同层级外包业务的风险因素和控制措施。在管理实践中企业应根据外包业务特点进行分类并采取相应的措施，同时关注我国外包业务的发展趋势。

Outsourcing Grading and Risk Controlling

According to the nature of outsourcing, its position in the enterprise＇s supply chain, and collaboration between enterprises and suppliers, the author classifies outsourcing into three grades, e.g. transactional, tactical and strategic outsourcing, then analyzes their purposes, qualities of products, risks and their controlling. In practice of management the enterprise should take appropriate actions in accordance with different grades of outsoureing and pay more attention to its trends in China.
