| 摘 要： | 大学的不同定位,对其人才培养的评价模式会产生重大影响。应用型本科教育人才培养质量的评价,应在学校内部评价基础上,进一步加强外部评价体系的研究与建设。探讨应用型人才培养质量外部评价理论和政策本源,构建政府、行业和第三方评价组成的外部质量评价体系具有必要性,应立足经济社会发展,从外部角度实施客观、可信、有效的评价,保障并提升应用型人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Different college orientations have significant impacts on the evaluation model of fostering talents. The evaluation of application-oriented talent fostering qualities calls for studies and construction of internal and external evaluation system. This paper discusses the external evaluation theory and policy of fostering application - oriented talents, and builds an external qual- ity evaluation system which involves government, industries and a third party. Based on economic and social development, the implementation of an objective, trustworthy and efficient evaluation can ensure the high quality of talents nurtured |
