| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influential factors for the concentration and development of modern service industry in CBD.It puts forward the four stages including formulation,rapid concentration,steady development and decline,which modern service industry has undergone in the process of concentration.Thus,the regularities and characteristics in common are summarized for the concentration and development of modern service industry in CBD. |
