| Abstract: | The emergence,development,innovation and breakthrough of the theories of environmental law are more or less driven by the concepts of natural law.This article,through the review of development of environmental law,is to search for the positive influence of natural law on it and the rational thoughts of natural law penetrating in the principle and system of environmental law.It also looks into the new development of environmental law under the guidance and promotion of natural law. |
