| 摘 要： | 笔者认为,经济法作为国家干预经济之法,其法理念就是以人为本的人文主义精神,这表现在经济法维护社会整体利益,实践实质正义。经济法通过维护经济秩序、保障经济安全、倡导经济合作而一步步通向人文主义的精神境界。
