| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the regulation theory of the Chicago School, this paper analyses the political and economical nature of regulation and tries to explain how interest groups distribute resources through political power. In the view of Chicago School, the main aim of regulation is to balance the benefits between interest groups, adjust the surplus structure of the interest groups in the regulation market and increase therefore the social benefits. |
