| Abstract: | The reform and opening-up policy is the logical starting point of choosing the road of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, and also the tremendous power that widens this road. It is not only the fountainhead of the practice of forming the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, hut also the practical foundation on which such theoretical system can be continuously improved. It is the specific character of the institution of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. and a valuable tool to increase the vitalitv of that institution. |
