高师生与教师职业气质比较研究

运用高师生职业气质问卷对高师生和中小学教师的职业气质进行了问卷调查 ,结果发现 :1.高师专科生在情绪性、亲和性上存在年级显著差异 ,在情绪性上存在专业显著差异 ,在表达性上存在性别显著差异 ;2 .高师专科生和本科生在表达性、亲和性、情绪性、容让性四个维度上存在显著差异 ,专科生得分高于本科生 ;3.高师生和中小学教师在问卷各维度上存在显著差异 ,教师得分高于高师生

A Comparative Study On The Work Temperament Between Normal College Students And Teachers

The questionnaire survey of normal college students and teachers was made by "Work Temperament Questionnaire for normal college students ". The results is that: 1.Grade differences are obvious in the normal training college students' expressing freely. Grade differences are obvious in the normal training college students' smoothing emotion and dealing with people . Specialty differences are very significant in the normal training college students' smoothing emotion.2.The four dimensions of expressing freely, dealing with people, smoothing emotion and accepting people have been found significant differences between normal training college students and normal university students 3.All the dimensions have been found significant differences between teachers and normal college students.
