摘    要:教师的有效教学是一种复杂的、多维的结构 ,存在着多种定义方式 ;研究表明 ,实际教学情景中教师的有效教学可以有多种形式 ,具有多维性 ,因而存在多种定义有效教学的方式 ;教师对教学工作认真负责、有自己的教学风格和特点是所有有效教学教师最基本的特征。

Abstract:Effective teaching is a complex, multidimensional construct that may be captured by a variety of models.This paper investigated the teaching characteristics of effective university teacher. Data analysis showed that effective teachers were generally regarded by students as high on all variables included in this analysis but not equally high on all important characteristics. It appears that effective teachers can compensate for deficiencies in one or two areas by demonstrating outstanding skills in other areas. This analysis illustrated that teaching effectiveness might be defined in multiple ways and its construct was multidimensionality. Two characteristics of effective teacher , the instructor was conscientious about her/his instructional responsibilities, the instructor had her/his own teaching style, were essential.
