论创新教育与工程创新人才的培养

摘    要:从宏观 (国家和民族发展 )的角度来看 ,创新教育体现了知识经济时代的要求 ,从中观 (高等工程教育自身 )的角度来看 ,创新教育反映了高等教育的基本功能和本质 ,从微观 (个人发展 )的角度来看 ,创新教育可以促进个人的创造性的发展。因此 ,在 2 1世纪 ,要培养大批掌握科学技术的高素质创新人才 ,必须实施创新教育。但是 ,现行高等工程教育不利于创新人才的培养 ,所以 ,加强创新教育 ,培养工程创新人才的基本思路一是转变教育思想 ;二是构建新的人才培养模式 ;三是优化创新人才的成才环境

Abstract:In macroscopic perspective (the development of the country and nation), innovative education embodies the requirements of the era of knowledge economy; in mediumscopic perspective (higher engineering education itself), innovative education reflects the basic functions and essence of higher education; and in microscopic perspective (individual development), innovative education can promote the creative development of individuals. Therefore, in the 21st century, innovative education must be implemented to cultivate a large number of innovative talented students who master science and technology. On the other hand, the present higher engineering education is no good to the cultivation of innovative talents. Hence, there are three aspects to strengthening innovative education and cultivating innovative talented students in engineering, namely, changing educational thoughts, structuring new cultivating models, and making better the environment where innovative talented students can develop positively.
