战后日本为侵略战争全面翻案的第一本书--林房雄的《大东亚战争肯定论》

最早系统提出“大东亚战争肯定论”的,是战后被判为文化战犯嫌疑人的老牌右翼文人、作家林房雄。他在《大东亚战争肯定论》一书中提出了“东亚百年战争”的假说,认为日本算不上是“帝国主义”,也不存在“天皇制法西斯主义”;日本的“大东亚战争”是“自存自卫”的战争,“是民族解放战争”,是“纵然失败却是无悔的战争”。该书全面肯定和美化日本的侵略历史,是战后右翼思潮及军国主义史观死灰复燃的显著标志之一。
