| 摘 要： | 2007年底在全球范围内爆发的金融危机对我国小康社会进程既有机遇也有挑战。它会使我国经济增长速度放缓、失业率上升、重创出口导向型企业;也会快速缩小我国与世界发达国家差距、提升我国的国际地位、引进国际优秀人才、在海外资本市场获得更多收益、提高我国政府应对和驾驭金融危机及复杂国际经济政治局势的能力。
