悬灌连续梁挂篮施工技术

摘    要:悬灌连续梁采用三角形挂篮施工,三角形挂篮具有结构简单、受力明确、稳定性好、自重轻、变形小、行走和装拆安全方便等特点,结合郑州黄河公铁两用桥连续箱梁施工实例,介绍了挂篮的具体设计与安装技术及预压和施工工艺,并指出了施工中需注意的要点和线形控制中需注意的问题,该桥建成后,连续梁安全,质量可靠,线形与设计线吻合良好,这些可为类似工程应用参考.

Abstract:Continuous girder hanged and poured uses the triangle hanging basket construction technology,the triangle hanging basket has some characteristics, such as simple structure, clear bearing capacity, light gravity, little deformation, safe and convenience walking and assembling and dismantling,and so on. Combining with the construction of continuous box girder of Zhengzhou Yellow River Railwayhighway Bridge,the design and assembling of hanging basket were introduced, the techniques of prepress and construction of hanging basket were also introduced, the key points during constructing hanging basket were pointed out, some problems of linear control were al- so pointed out. After completing this bridge' s construction, the continuous girder is safety, and its quality is reliable, and the linear coincides goodly with the design linear,these can provide some references for similar engineering.
