| 摘 要： | 随着国内外经济环境的深刻变化,以及区域经济发展中的梯度效应,苏北地区中小企业面临着比发达地区更为严峻的挑战,转型升级已经成为苏北地区中小企业发展的重要战略选择。本文在分析苏北地区中小企业的梯度分布现状的基础上,阐述苏北地区中小企业转型升级的必要性,提出苏北地区中小企业转型升级的策略。

| Abstract: | The global economic changes and the gradient effects of regional economic development bring serious challenges to the SMEs in North Jiangsu,so the SMEs must resort to strategies of transformation and upgrading.This article analyses the gradient distribution of the SMEs,expounds the necessity of their transformation and upgrading,and proposes some countermeasures. |
