近代国际体系的解构与未来国际体系构建——东亚地区的视角

民族国家的出现推动了近代全球国际社会的形成、规范和发展,然而今天国际政治中围绕民族国家出现了一个政治悖论。一方面,民族国家推动了全球化进程;另一方面"国家利益至上"的民族国家又阻碍了国家间的合作,加剧了全球矛盾。全球化要求世界各民族在历史的革故鼎新中不断更新转化。解构欧洲近代民族国家形成以及东亚从中华文明体到近代民族国家体系的变迁过程,有助于我们发现当代东亚地区"领土争端"、"历史问题"矛盾的根源,也有助于我们借助中华传统文化解决当代全球性挑战,构筑以合作为基础的新型世界秩序。

Deconstruction and Construction of International System:an East Asian Perspective

The emergence of nation-state promoted the formation,formalization and development of the modern international community.However,there exists a political paradox concerning nation-state today.Globalization has required nations of the whole world to reform and innovate their behavior in the evolvement of history.Deconstructing the modern nation-state in Europe and East Asia can help us locate the root causes of "territorial dispute","historical issues" in contemporary East Asia,and also facilitate us in dealing with contemporary global challenges and building a new cooperative world order with the help of traditional Chinese culture.
