中国对联合国维和行动的认同演变:话语实践的视角

联合国维和行动是二战后全球范围内具有重要意义的国际安全合作机制,是中国参与国际体系的重要组成部分。话语实践是中国参与联合国维和行动的重要内容,其演变历程呈现出明显的阶段性特征。1949—1980年,中国严厉谴责维和行动并持以原则否定;1981—1987年,中国区别对待维和行动并阐明自身的原则立场;1988—1997年,中国对维和行动积极建言献策并坚持维和三原则;1998年至今中国坚定支持维和行动并积极参与维和理念创新。话语实践的演进反映并体现了中国对联合国维和行动的认同演变及参与程度的深化。

China’s Shifting Identity with UN Peacekeeping Operations:the Perspective of Shifting Evaluation in Discourse

China’s participation in UN peacekeeping operations constitutes an important part of its integration into the international system.China’s evaluation of peacekeeping activities in discourse,has taken on an obvious feature of development.From 1949 to 1980,China expressed strong condemnation and opposition toward the entire concept of UN peacekeeping;from 1981to 1987,China adopted differentiated attitudes toward UN peacekeeping while making clear its principled position;from 1988 to 1997,China actively participated in making proposals and policy suggestions while firmly adhering to basic principles of peacekeeping;From 1998 on,China has affirmed strong political support for peacekeeping and has actively participated in peacekeeping reform and creation of new approaches.The evolution of China’s evaluation in discourse has reflected and embodied its shifting identity with UN peacekeeping as well as its deepening integration into it.
