心理健康教育心理学的构建:内涵、研究对象与学科体系

摘    要:教育心理学是一门应用性心理学学科,聚焦于学校的教育教学情境,探究其中"学"与"教"的基本心理现象与规律,已形成德育心理学、美育心理学等分支学科。心理健康教育是学校素质教育的重要组成部分,心理健康教育课已成为心理健康教育的主要形式之一。这门课程的"学"与"教"日渐受到重视。回顾十年来大中小学心理健康课"学"与"教"的研究文献,可以看到:"学"与"教"的研究重心偏离,侧重于学生对课程的认识和教学方法有效性;没有根据心理素质特点而开展教学和学习规律的研究;忽视对心理健康教育课教师教学胜任能力的探讨。鉴于此,提出构建心理健康教育心理学,旨在探究在学校心理健康教育教学情境中学生与教师的心理活动及其基本规律。为此,初步讨论心理健康教育心理学的内涵、学科定位、研究对象、学科体系以及与相关学科的区别、联系等方面的基本问题,希冀能推动心理健康教育心理学的学科建设,突显课堂教学在心理健康教育中的重要性。

Abstract:Educational psychology is an applied psychology discipline, focusing on the phenomena and rules of “Learning” and “Teaching” in the school education situation, resulting in the formation of psychology of moral education, and psychology of aesthetic education. Mental health education is an important part of quality education at schools, and the mental health course has become one of the main ways in the current mental health education. The research on the learning and teaching aspects of mental health course has attracted more attention. The review of learning and teaching of the mental health course at primary schools, secondary schools, and universities in the past ten years has revealed a deviationof focus of the research of teaching and learning from the rules of teaching and learning to the understanding of the curriculum and the effectiveness of teaching methods, and the research on the laws of teaching and learning should have been based on the characteristics of mental quality. In addition, the teachers' teaching competence was ignored. To tackle those deficiencies, psychology of mental health education is developed, aiming at exploring the psychological activities and basic laws of both teachers and students in the context of mental health education at schools. The connotations, the object, the discipline orientation, the discipline system of psychology of mental health education, and its differences from related disciplines were discussed. The discipline development would be promoted and the importance of mental health education course also would be highlighted by psychology of mental health education.
