论微博的社会问题与社会控制

微博在实现信息分享的同时,也产生了一系列诸如虚假信息泛滥、微博暴力、意见领袖负效应、微博综合症、微博炒作、微博犯罪、片面追求粉丝数量和影响国家安全等社会问题。为了确保微博空间的有序运行和良好生态,必须进行有效的适度社会控制：构建技术、法律和道德三位一体的控制体系,确保微博信息监管与言论自由的平衡;及时发布权威信息,充分发挥意见领袖和传统媒体的积极作用,营造良好微博舆论氛围;建立政府微博长效机制,在微博管理中疏堵结合,实施人性化管理;建立个人信息保护制度,逐步推行微博实名制;提高信息素养,预防信息崇拜,正确处理人与信息的关系。

A Tentative Study of the Social Problems and Social Control in Weibo

At the same time as weibo shares information publicly ,it also produces a series of social prob-lems such as the deluge of false information ,weibo violence ,opinion leaders negative effects ,weibo syn-drome ,weibo hype ,weibo crime ,one-sided pursuit of number of fans and endangering state security .In order to ensure the orderly running of weibo space and a health ecological system ,the moderate social control must be implemented effectively ：to build technical ,legal and moral trinity system of control to ensure the weibo information regulation and the balance of the freedom of speech ;to timely release au-thoritative information to give full play to the positive role of opinion leaders and traditional media as well as to build good microblog public opinion atmosphere ;to establish long-term effective mechanism of government micro-blogging , snookering in weibo management and the implementation of humanized management ;to build system of personal information protection and gradually introduce weibo real-name system ;to improve the information literacy and prevent information worship so as to correctly handle the relationship between human and information .
