| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国在部分流域对水源地进行了生态补偿,并在实践中探索出了财政转移支付、水权交易、异地开发以及生态补偿基金等模式,创新并丰富了水源地生态补偿理论,充盈了生态补偿资金,为实现流域水资源的可持续性利用提供了保障。但由于我国生态补偿相关机制尚不健全,现有的生态补偿模式存在着一些自身所无法克服的问题。本文结合案例分析了四种水源地生态补偿模式,比较分析了四种模式的优缺点及存在的问题,并对各种模式的适用条件进行了探讨。
