| 摘 要： | 由于在教师教育发展过程中遇到了学生成绩国际竞争优势不再、师资培养质量低下、数量持续性欠缺等问题,美国政府近年来采取了一系列举措,加大经费投入,推出教师教育资助项目,推动师资培育认证标准体系改革,从而提升了教师基本能力,扩展了教师来源路径,对促进我国教师教育的科学发展具有一定的启发意义。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,to effectively solve the problems of teacher resource in teacher education,the U.S.Government has further strengthened teacher recruitments,intensified the incentive system,and reinforced post-profession training of teachers through the concept of innovation and paying high attention to the role of excellent teachers.Various measures are taken and new optimization of the U.S.Teacher Education＇ s Faculty Structure will be achieved,and to some extent,it will provide some references for our national teacher education. |
