| 摘 要： | 社会转型时期,多元化的价值观念冲击着高校校园,高校师德师风建设面临全新的挑战,高校师德出现学术功利化、缺乏奉献与合作创新精神等滑坡现象,文章通过对其现状和原因的分析认为可采取加强教师思想道德教育,构建公正合理的学术评价体系及具体量化的师德评价体系等三方面的对策来加强和改善。

| Abstract: | Diversified values of social transformation period are sweeping the university campuses, posing new challenges to university teacher ethics construction. Through analysis of the causes to such problems in teacher ethics as academic utilitarianism, lack of dedication, and poor cooperation and innovation, this thesis holds that teacher ethics can be improved and consolidated from three aspects： strengthening ideological and moral education, establishing fair and reasonable academic evaluation system, and constructing specific and quantitive teacher ethics assessment system. |
