| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the fundamental situation of human resource in Chinese west regions. According to the views of education economics, the paper illustrates the role of education in economic development, and expresses that traditional education idea should be reformed. During the west development, local authorities should work hard to develop the industry function of education, so as to serve west economic increase. |
