| 摘 要： | 本文就重庆的生态环境现状进行了论述 ,认为重庆的生态环境状况较差 ,脆弱性很大。并提出在西部开发中 ,重庆的生态环境保护和建设应需采纳的对策及措施主要有 :搞好摸底调查 ,做好规划 ,坚持实行环境与发展综合决策 ;认真落实生态环境的保护和建设工作 ,加强三峡库区等重点地区的生态环境保护 ,坚持保护与建设并重 ;加速解决现有工业污染 ,坚决遏制环境污染的西迁 ,加强建设项目的环境管理 ,建立并执行严格的环境影响评估制度 ,防止新的环境污染和生态破坏 ;调整优化产业和经济结构 ,大力推进生态示范区建设 ,把重庆建成为生态经济区 ;加强城市环境综合整治和小城镇发展的环境保护 ;重视生态环境保护的宣传教育 ,树立并提高民众的环保意识
