| 摘 要： | 一国特有的战略文化较之国际规范能对战略决策者产生主要影响。印度战略文化在其独特的地理位置、历史、战略传统与政治理念等变量作用下形成并不断发展，并能够影响国家安全战略的制定。分析印度战略文化的基本特征有助于了解印度国家安全利益和战略手段选择，并对中印关系发展具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | A nation＇s particular strategic culture can exert more vital influence on its strategy- makers than international norms. India＇s strategic culture has been shaped ideas, and developed by its geography, history, strategic tradition and political etc. Analysis of India＇s strategic culture can contribute to a better understanding of its national security interests and strategic means selecting, and be helpful to manage China- India relations as well. |
