The Rescue and the Administration of Beijing Beggars in the Beginning Period of the Foundation of Our Country

As a special social community,beggars always puzzled the governors in different periods in Chinese history.In the early period after the foundation of PRC,the CCP took various measures to rescue the urban beggars.From the rescue measures on Beijing urban beggars,we can know that the CCP's policies to urban beggars were mainly to rescue them,such as to accept them,to educate them,to alternate them,and to make them to emigrate.Thinking about the policies of the rescue and the administration of Beijing beggars,we can know the tremendous changes of the society brought by the new political power.
