论发达国家农业职业教育体系

摘    要:发达国家农业职业教育体系包括初等职业教育、中等职业教育、高等职业教育、继续教育以及农业技术推广,而且不同层次的职业教育相互衔接,与普通教育沟通。完善的高等职业教育体系的建立,使职业学校毕业生既可以就业,也可以继续深造。由于发达国家拥有完善的继续教育机制,农业职业教育步入了终身教育的轨道。农业技术推广机制扩大了农业职业教育内涵,并使其与农业科研、生产紧密地结合。

Abstract:The agricultural vocational education system in developed countries include primary vocational education,secondary vocational education,higher vocational education,continuing education and agricultural technology extension,in which different levels cohere with each other and has connection with ordinary education.The set up of a perfect higher vocational education system can not only push the graduates to the employment market,but also let them further their study.Because of the flawless continuing education mechanism in developed countries,the agricultural vocational education has stepped into the stage of lifelong education.The mechanism of agricultural technology generalization enlarges the connotation of agricultural vocational education,and firmly combines it with agricultural scientific research and production.
