| 摘 要： | 管理团队是近些年在管理学上的讨论热点 ,西方国家已对其进行了较多的研究。文章在阐述了中国古代五行学说的理论基础上 ,对企业内高层管理团队的角色进行了五形人的探讨 ,并对管理团队职位的生克乘侮关系和组建规模进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | Management groups have become a hot issue in the recent years and many studies have been conducted on it in western countries. Based on China ancient theory of the five elements, this paper explores the role played by management groups at high levels inside enterprises by using five appearances of human being method, and analyzes the construction scale and the relationship of Generation, Restriction, Subjugation and Reverse Restriction about the positions of management group. |
