| 摘 要： | 禁止反竞争协议的法律规定是欧盟竞争法的重要组成部分 ,具有极其重要的地位。它对于确保共同市场内有效竞争的维持是必不可少的 ,典型地体现了欧盟竞争法的本质和特点。本文对禁止反竞争协议的构成要件进行了深入的研究 ,这不仅可以增进我们对欧盟竞争法的了解 ,而且对完善我国的竞争立法具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The law of prohibiting anticompetitive agreement which is an important part of European competition law has a very important position. It is necessary for the maintenance of effective competition in the common market, typically embodys the nature and character of European competition law. The authors make a thorough research of anticompetitive agreement. This is not only improves our understanding of it, but also is helpful to perfect our competition law. |
