摘    要:猕猴桃鲜果不耐贮运,笔者采用简易贮藏半成品果浆方法,贮存21个月效果良好,为乡镇食品厂提供缓解猕猴桃加工期的实践经验。

Abstract:A simple method of storing actinidia fruit pulp under common temperature was put forward in this paper in order to solve the bad resistance of fresh fruit storage,which had made good store effect after 21 monthes.
