从文学文体学的形成看其在TEFL中的淡化

文章以文学文体学的形成为切入点,剖析了文学文体学在外语教学中的作用和在今天外语教学中淡化的原因。指出文学文体学从其理论特征上讲,为外语教学找到了语言与文学教学的结合点,但文学文体学作为一种文学研究的边缘学科理论,要求研究者具有更加合理的知识结构和更广的知识面,加上教材建设滞后及文体学理论演变的影响,它在外语教学中由于文学课程的冷落而风光不再。

On the Unpopularity of Literary Stylistics in TEFL

With a brief retrospection of the development of Literary Stylistics, this article analyses the reasons for the unpopularity of Literary Stylistics in TEFL. It points out that Literary Stylistics is, on theory, a means of linking literary criticism and linguistics. On the one hand it requires deep and wide knowledge of its researchers, and on the other there is a delay of compiling textbook based on this theory. All this makes an impact on the further development of Stylistics and causes the unpopularity of Literary Stylistics in TEFL.
