| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、教学实验法等,对合作-竞争学习教学模式和传统教学模式的教学效果进行了比较研究。实验结果显示：实验班和对照班学生在学习成绩、学习兴趣诸方面具有显著性差异,合作-竞争学习教学模式的教学效果优于传统教学模式,它不仅适用于高校健美操选项课教学,而且为其它专业教学模式的改革提供了有益参考。

| Abstract: | By literature review method,teaching and experimentation method,etc.,a comparative research is made on the teaching effect of cooperation-competition teaching and traditional teaching mode.The research result shows that,the experiment class and the comparison class have got prominent difference in the study mark,study interest and so on.The cooperation-competition teaching is better than traditional teaching mode.It is not only suitable for body building teaching,but also make a reference to the other majors＇ reform on teaching mode. |
