| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代信息管理发展的趋势是从信息管理走向知识管理 ,从信息资源的开发走向知识资源的开发。同样 ,处于全球化竞争环境中的大学 ,为了培养创新人才 ,也要实行知识管理。该文结合信息技术对创新人才培养的意义 ,提出了创新人才知识共享系统的模型 ,并对该系统中用到的新的信息技术做了简单阐述。文章最后提出知识共享首先要具备的条件 ,以及构建知识共享系统的意义

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy the trend of information management is towards the knowledge management from the information management, towards the development of the knowledge resources from the development of the information resources. Equally, in order to cultivate innovative talents,the university in the global competition of knowledge, must implement information management too. This text combines the information technology and the innovative meaning of talent cultivation, proposes a systematic innovative talent knowledge sharing model, and explains the new information technology used in this system. The article provides the terms that should be possessed in knowledge sharing and the meaning of the construction of knowledge sharing system. |
