| Abstract: | The smooth transfer of the Chinese agricultural surplus labor is an urgent problem to solve as well as a necessity of our socialist modernization construction. A successful transfer can be completed through promoting agri industrialization, accelerating urbanization, realizing the free trade of land contract and management right, boosting the third industry and establishing a unified and open city and country labor market. |
