| 摘 要： | 中国共产党历代领导人为营造安定和谐的国内发展环境，分别做出了不懈努力和历史贡献。毛泽东提出要正确处理人民内部矛盾；邓小平强调稳定压倒一切；江泽民坚持正确处理改革、发展和稳定的关系；胡锦涛做出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重大决定。

| Abstract: | In order to construct a harmonious development environment,the CPC leaders of all periods have tried continuously and made historical contributions.Mao Ze-dong asked the Party to deal with interior contradictions of the people correctly;Deng Xiao-ping emphasized that keeping stable was the most important issue;Jiang Ze-min insisted on tackling the relationship between reform,development and stability properly;Hu Jin-tao made a great decision of constructing a harmonious society. |
