| Abstract: | According to the cognitive theory ,The paper discusses the necessity of taking the students as the dominant factor while undergoing lntensive English Programme on listening and speaking ,the importance as well as feasibility to guide the training by using this theory .While emphasizing the particular process, we must pay more attention to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and cultivate the ability to analyse and solve problems. |
