| 摘 要： | 本文从国际人权法的角度对受教育权问题进行探讨,对照国际法对受教育权的规定,考量我国对公民受教育权的保护状况,提出了建立受教育权的保障体系问题,认为只有构筑起受教育权的法律保障、行政保障等多重保障体系,才能确保公民受教育权得以实现,从而更好地履行受教育权保护的国际法和国内法义务。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a discussion of the right of receiving education from the perspective of international human rights law,examines the protection state of Chinese citizens' right of receiving education,and puts forward the issue of setting up the guarantee system.It is pointed out that only when multiple guarantee systems,such as legal,administrative guarantees,are set up,the citizen's right of receiving education can be realized so as to perform the international law and national law obligations in a better way. |
