| 摘 要： | 政府采购是国际贸易谈判中的重要议题之一。WTO将政府采购自由化作为建立多边自由贸易体系的重要内容,这对国际贸易产生着深远影响。从WTO《政府采购协定》角度看,我国制定的《政府采购法》还需要进一步完善,以便更好地规范我国的政府采购市场,履行入世的承诺。

| Abstract: | Government procurement is one of the vital topics in international trade negotiations.WTO takes the liberalization of government procurement as an important content in setting up the multilateral free trading system which produces a far-reaching influence on international trade.According to the Government Procurement Agreement(GPA),China's Government Procurement Law(GPL) has to be improved further so as to fulfill China's promises made when joined WTO and regulate domestic government procurement market.This paper analyses the differences between the GPA and GPL as well as the impacts of GPA on GPL. |
