On Business Innovation of NGN and Latter Competitors in Telecommunication Market

Based on the analysis for the connotation and characteristics of NGN,this paper discusses the influences of NGN on business flow and commercial model of telecommunication operator,especially on newly competitors,analyzes the case that Hunan Branch of Chinese Network Communication introduce NGN to realize difference competition of solid net,and advances such advices as follows: new basic telecommunication operators should fully display the advantage of system and organizational superiority,and take business innovation development as platform,positively explore road of reform and transition,advance the terminal intellectualization by the user demand guidance,carry on the combination of network and business,and realize the combination of telecommunication,broadcast and telecommunication network and internet.
