| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件下,高校学报原有的封闭式办刊思想和内向性办刊模式正面临着挑战,适当选用高质量的校外稿件,有利于提高学报的整体质量,有利于引导和推动学校科研的健康发展,有利于形成学报自身特色.在选用外稿时应该注意一些基本的原则.
