摘    要:传统计划经济体制下应试教育以铸造工具人为特征存在着诸多弊病 ,中国加入 WTO呼唤中国教育顺应全球市场经济和知识经济的时代潮流而予以全面创新 ,即在教育理念上由知识中心观向创新智慧观转换 ,在教育体制上由一统和垄断型向开放多元型转换 ,在课程设置上由封闭分割型向注重能本和人本型转换 ,在人格结构上由被动承受型向主动持续创新型转换 ,最终通过培养创新人才来应对 WTO之后的全球性战略竞争

Abstract:The thesis is based on the background of the special era when China has just entered WTO, reflecting many disadvantages of education for examination under the plan economic system. Chinese education is now called upon to make complete innovations to suit the trend of times of the global market economy and knowledge economy. Namely,we should change the education concept of knowledge centred into the one of creative wisdom, change the unique and manipulative education system into multiple and open one; change the closed and separated curriculum designing into ability basic and man basic curriculum planning; change the passive and obedient personality structure into creative and continuous self developing noble character. Only in this way can a more creative generation will be brought up to deal with the international strategic challenges after our entering WTO.
