浅析公共行政视域中政府社会管理水平提高的软件支撑

政府公信力是政府合法性的重要来源,也是提高政府社会管理水平的软件支撑。但由于受诸多因素影响,当前我国政府公信力呈现出一定程度的流失和弱化趋势,并已成为影响新形势下社会管理水平提高的重要瓶颈。因此,在推进社会转型深化的关键时期,科学认识和全面把握政府公信力形成的特点与规律,重塑政府公信力就成为提高我国政府社会管理水平的迫切要求。

Public Credibility vs. the Upgrading of Government＇s Social Administration

The legitimacy of government depends mainly on public credibility,the software to drive the upgrading of government＇s social administration.However,China＇s government is now facing the fact that its public credibility is weakening,and this has become a major bottleneck holding back the upgrading at present.In order to succeed the upgrading,it is of great importance to make a scientific and over-all understanding of features and rules of the formation of public credibility and then remold it accordingly.
