论东北区域加快现代服务业发展的推进战略导向

根据《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》,东北地区应当积极跟进中央的战略部署,加快发展现代服务业。为此,应从实际出发解析东北地区现代服务业的基本构成,评估东北地区现代服务业的成长态势,考察东北地区现代服务业的制约因素,创意东北地区现代服务业的推进对策。以现代服务业的发展作为推进的战略,是东北地区发展的必然选择,是东北地区成长为新兴产业基地和新的经济增长极的必由之路。

Strategic Guidance for Service Industry Development in Northeast

According to ＂The 12th Five-year-plan for National Economy and Social Development＂ proposed by CPC central committee,Northeast of China should actively follow up the strategies and accelerate its modern service industry.Since the development of modern service industry is a defined way to make this region a new industrial base and economic growth pole,it is clear that the fundamental structure of the industry at present should be carefully explored,the growth tendency of the industry must be assessed,all the possible restraints need to be investigated and measures to forward the industry must be innovated.
