| 摘 要： | 甘肃是一个以农业为主的省份,农村人口基数大,劳动力资源十分丰富,如果有效地开发利用好这一资源必将产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。本文以甘肃农村人力资源为研究对象,在深刻分析全省农村人力资源开发现状以及制约因素的基础上,结合新农村建设的时代背景提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Gansu is a province dominated by agriculture,the rural population base,abundant labor resources,if effectively develop better use of this resource will have a tremendous social and economic benefits.In this paper,human resources in rural areas in Gansu as the research object,in depth analysis of the province's status and rural human resources development on the basis of constraints,combined with the construction of new rural.background corresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward. |
